Bambino Mio x Kendamil Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Kendamil and Bambino Mio whose Instagram handles are @kendamiluk and @bambinomio. The "Prize" refers to 8 tins of Stage 2 Kendamil Classic formula, 10 packs of Kendamil Porridge and the Bambino Mio Little Rebel bundle which includes 10 reusable nappies, mess-less liners, laundry cleanser, reusable refill tin and wet bag.
  2. By entering the giveaway you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The giveaway opens at 12pm on Thursday 9th November.  All entries must be received by midnight on Monday 13th November 2023. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter on Tuesday 14th November 2023 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
  3. The Instagram giveaway will be displayed on both Kendamil’s Instagram channel and on Bambino Mio’s Instagram channel via a collaborator post.
  4. The giveaway is open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) whose baby is over 6 months of age. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants on the collaborator post.
  5. No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the giveaway.
  6. Employees and agents of Kendamil or Bambino Mio or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies or franchisees, and their immediate families and members of their households, and anyone otherwise connected with operation or fulfillment of the Promotion, are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
  7. Each entrant shall enter the giveaway via Instagram by (1) tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @kendamiluk and @bambinomio as well as (2) following both these Instagram profiles and (3) liking the specified giveaway post.
  8. Multiple entries per giveaway will be accepted.
  9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta.
  10. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. The winner will be notified by the Promoter’s official Instagram account and the winner will be contacted via a private message on Instagram by the end of 14th November 2023.
  11. The Promoter will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  12. The prize is as follows: 8 tins of Stage 2 Kendamil Classic formula, 10 packs of Kendamil Porridge and the Bambino Mio Little Rebel bundle which includes 10 reusable nappies, mess-less liners, laundry cleanser, reusable refill tin and wet bag.
  13. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  14. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  15. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  16. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter in order to administer the prize. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter (including name, address, email, social media profile, or other data) will be kept secure and only used to administer the promotion. The Promoter may contact entrants by email, post, phone, SMS or other means in relation to the promotion, but will not send entrants any marketing communication unless entrants have also agreed to this.
  17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  18. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  19. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
  20. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
