Delivery
Delivery Policy
We endeavour to dispatch all parcels to UK addresses within 48 hours of order, but we do not dispatch at weekends or Bank Holidays so some orders may be longer. Kendamil reserves the right to cancel and refund orders made to Jersey and the Channel Islands on an order-by-order basis.
Once dispatched orders are usually sent on a next day delivery service but delivery can take up to 5 working days.
This policy only applies to orders which were made in the U.K. and had their final delivery address (for use by the customer) in the U.K. If you purchased Kendamil or any Kendal Nutricare products through a third-party website OR shipped them outside of the U.K., we are unable to exchange, collect or refund purchase of these products.

International Orders & Orders to Forwarding Addresses (Forward2Me etc)
Kendal Nutricare does not, at this time, deliver outside of the UK. Due to concerns surrounding the storage conditions and transport conditions associated with freight forwarders, Kendal Nutricare also retains the right to cancel any orders that are being shipped to known forwarding addresses. If you believe your order was cancelled in error please notify our team via live chat or email. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please read the following notice
Most healthcare professionals agree that breastfeeding is preferable to bottle feeding because it has many benefits for both you and your baby.
If you are considering changing over from breastfeeding or combining breast and bottle feeding, you are advised to talk to your midwife or health visitor first. Once the decision to stop breastfeeding has been made, it may be difficult to go back. Partial bottle feeding with an infant formula milk, especially in the first few weeks of life, may also reduce the supply of your breast milk.
If you choose to bottle feed, it is very important that you use an infant formula milk throughout the first year. Please ensure that you follow all usage instructions very carefully.
