Points are earned based on how much you spend. You earn 1 point for every £1 spent. Bonus point events may offer higher earning rates.

You can check your points balance by logging into your account, where you can then navigate to the rewards page where you’ll also see your full rewards and transaction history.

Points can be redeemed at checkout or exchanged for specific rewards on the loyalty page.

Following updated UK guidance, eligible loyalty rewards, vouchers and coupons can now be used on Kendamil purchases online, including infant formula products.

Yes, your points expire 12 months after you earnt them.

In most cases, points cannot be combined with promotions, but some exclusions may apply depending on the offer.

If you return a purchase, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account.

Points are generally non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

We know how special it is to be rewarded, so you’ll receive exclusive Kendamil Rewards emails from us if you’re opted in to receive email marketing.

If your points haven’t been credited correctly, contact customer support with your purchase details for assistance. For Refer a Friend, points will be credited once your friend has completed their purchase, not when you share your link.
