New Subscription Promotion Terms & Conditions

This promotion is operated by Kendamil UK (“Kendamil”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Promotion Overview

New subscription customers purchasing follow on formula will receive:

  • Free standard shipping on subscription orders; and

  • One free Pro-C Baby Drops product after completing two (2) successful subscription orders, subject to claim.

2. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to new subscribers only.

  • A “new subscriber” is defined as a customer who has not previously held a Kendamil subscription.

  • Customers must create a subscription via the official Kendamil UK website during the promotional period.

3. Promotional Period

  • The promotion runs until 11:59 PM (BST) on 30 June 2026.

  • Subscriptions created after this date will not be eligible.

4. Subscription Requirements

  • Customers must complete two (2) paid subscription orders.

  • Orders must be successfully processed and not cancelled, refunded, or returned.

  • The subscription must remain active through the completion of the second order.

5. Free Pro-C Baby Drops Offer

  • The free Pro-C Baby Drops product becomes available after the second qualifying order has been completed.

  • Customers must actively claim the reward in accordance with instructions in the subscription portal.

  • The reward will not be automatically added to any order.

  • No cash or alternative will be offered.

6. Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping applies to all eligible subscription orders.

  • Applies to UK delivery addresses only unless otherwise stated.

  • Expedited or premium delivery options may incur additional charges.

7. Exclusions

  • Offer cannot be combined with other subscription promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Applies to subscription purchases only (not one-off purchases).

  • Limited to one promotion per customer/household.

8. Returns & Cancellations

  • If either of the first two subscription orders is refunded, cancelled, or returned, eligibility for the free gift will be void.

  • Cancelling the subscription before completing two orders will forfeit the reward.

9. General

  • Kendamil reserves the right to substitute the free gift with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Kendamil reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
