preparation

For feeding your baby, add 1 level scoop of powder to each 30 ml of water (freshly boiled and cooled). Please refer to the feeding guide shown on the can and note this table should only be used as a guide. All babies are different and may require more or less than is shown. Kendamil First Infant Milk should be fed on demand. If you need more advice talk to your healthcare professional.

Step 1

Wash hands, then sterilise your feeding utensils according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 2

Fill kettle with 1 litre of freshly run tap water (do not use repeatedly boiled water). Boil and leave to cool for 30 minutes, so it remains at a temperature of at least 70ºC. Measure the required water into a sterilised bottle.

Step 3

Using the scoop provided, add the correct number of levelled scoops to the bottle. Use the straight edge inside the lid to level each scoop.

Step 4

Place on a sterilised teat and cap on the bottle and shake well to dissolve powder.

Step 5

Cool to a natural body temperature. Always test the temperature of the liquid on your wrist prior to feeding your baby.

Reviews

My baby's preference

"When my youngest was born we tried him on standard stage 1 formula because it worked for my eldest. However he had really bad reflux and feeding time was always a challenge. We decided to give Comfort Milk a go and he loved it! He gained more weight as he took the milk no problem. We're so glad we made the change!"

— Tia T. (5/5)

Improved my baby colic!

"My baby loves it! Only caveat is that she doesn’t like cold, which used to be ok with the normal Kendamil. However she was very colicky and since having this she has been amazing and not more paying crying. If your kid colicky is due to gas and constipation due to immature digest system this is the way to go."

— Camila (5/5)

Worth every penny!

"We moved our little lady onto kendamil comfort when she was around 6 weeks old and within 2 days could see what a huge difference it made. She was more comfortable and happy within herself, her colicky crying episodes reduced and she was much left gassy. She is 6 months old now and thriving!"

— Stephanie C. (5/5)

Amazing product!

Q&A

Please read the following notice

Most healthcare professionals agree that breastfeeding is preferable to bottle feeding because it has many benefits for both you and your baby.

If you are considering changing over from breastfeeding or combining breast and bottle feeding, you are advised to talk to your midwife or health visitor first. Once the decision to stop breastfeeding has been made, it may be difficult to go back. Partial bottle feeding with an infant formula milk, especially in the first few weeks of life, may also reduce the supply of your breast milk.

If you choose to bottle feed, it is very important that you use an infant formula milk throughout the first year.

Please ensure that you follow all usage instructions very carefully.
