Best formula

"The best! My son was born premature and has only recently started formula. I’m still breastfeeding, so we’re doing a combination of both, and this is the only formula he has taken. Sadly, they only allow you to purchase 6 packs at a time, while my son uses around 20 packs a month. This means I’m constantly having to buy more from Boots as well as here. I really wish they would allow customers to subscribe to more than 6 packs a month, as it would make things so much easier!"

Great quality milk, awful business conduct

"Im currently fostering my baby grandson and have chosen organic kendamil milk after other brands made him unsettled and caused terrible tummy issue. I am disabled and found the ready to drink bottles very useful he love this milk and is thriving. But the last 2 orders I placed where cancelled by Kendamil and am now out of pocket by £60 and not sure how long this refund will take which I feel is very poor practice for Kendamil I'm not very well off and £60 is a lot of money to me. I don't understand why it was cancelled as on the site stock is still available?"

Danielle A. (5/5)

"I like it because it’s easy to use. Just grab it and pour it into the bottle but my girl looked at me like “what is this weird taste? 🧐” but luckily she drunk it because she was hungry and we were a bit far from home to make her normal formula. So the taste is different in a bad way. :/"

Handy

"Great to emergency and for days out"

Hayley (5/5)

Like the 200ml size

"Wish there were options for similar sizes with other ready to feeds, as this size fits my girl better, with less waste. But still really handy"

Lorna C. (5/5)

Super useful when out and about

"We have been using ready to feed milk for our baby who is mixed fed. It’s so convenient and comes in the right size so there’s no wastage."

Wonderful product but supply issues aren’t great

"I love Kendamil Organic, as have both my children. I feel very reassured knowing they’re getting organic, British milk from an independent family-run company. However, with both babies, Kendamil has had shortages, limiting sales. That is NOT reassuring. I hate not knowing whether I will be able to get more formula next week. I appreciate the company is working very hard to sort this out, but in the two years since I first started using Kendamil, the problems do not seem to have been resolved. I would love for Kendamil Organic to be reliably available. Then it would be a five-star project."

Good for on the go

"Great product for on the go. Convenient size."

David (5/5)

Quick delivery, great quality

"All items I ordered were great quality, arrived on time in separate boxes, not everything jammed into one so all items were protected."

Maja K. (5/5)

Great product

"Great product however the storage instructions are not mentioned on the bottle making it ambiguous whether refrigeration is allowed or not. I had to contact customer service to have this confirmed, 2 hours at room temp and 24 hours refrigerated."

Q&A

Please read the following notice

Most healthcare professionals agree that breastfeeding is preferable to bottle feeding because it has many benefits for both you and your baby.

If you are considering changing over from breastfeeding or combining breast and bottle feeding, you are advised to talk to your midwife or health visitor first. Once the decision to stop breastfeeding has been made, it may be difficult to go back. Partial bottle feeding with an infant formula milk, especially in the first few weeks of life, may also reduce the supply of your breast milk.

If you choose to bottle feed, it is very important that you use an infant formula milk throughout the first year.

Please ensure that you follow all usage instructions very carefully.
