1. General Overview & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions govern the Kendamil Rewards program operated by Kendamil via kendamil.com, active from 13/05/2026, when the program launched. 

The program is exclusively available to customers residing in the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older.

Household Limits: Participation is strictly limited to one (1) Kendamil Rewards account per household. For the purposes of this program, a "household" is defined by accounts sharing the same physical shipping address, billing address, IP address, or payment method. Kendamil reserves the right to determine household status at its sole discretion and to merge, suspend, or close additional accounts suspected of breaching this limit.

By creating an account and participating in the program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The program is facilitated through our third-party partners, and participation is subject to their respective data processing policies as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

2. Earning Points

3. Product Restrictions 

 Stage 1 Formula: Following updated UK guidance, eligible loyalty rewards, vouchers and coupons can be used on Kendamil purchases online, including infant formula products.

4. Redeeming Points

Accrued points can be exchanged for specific products, money-off vouchers, or Kendamil merchandise. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Product Redemptions:

• Drops: 150 points

• Cereals: 200 points

• Merchandise (e.g., Teabags): 100 points

• Merchandise (e.g., Tote Bag): 120 points

• Stage 2 Follow-on Milk: Classic (300 points) / Organic (350 points) / Goat (500 points)

• Toddler Milk: Classic (300 points) / Organic (350 points) / Goat (500 points)

Note: When redeeming points for a physical product, standard shipping fees will still apply at checkout unless your total order meets our free shipping threshold.

Voucher Redemptions & Usage:

• 50 points = £1 off your next order

• 100 points = £2 off your next order

• 250 points = £5 off your next order

• 500 points = £10 off your next order

Minimum Spend Calculation: A minimum cart subtotal of £12 is required before any voucher or discount code can be applied.

Shipping Fees: Vouchers can be applied to your cart's subtotal, including shipping fees, provided the minimum qualifying spend mentioned above has been met.

Stacking Restrictions: Only one (1) discount code or voucher can be applied per checkout. Reward vouchers cannot be stacked or combined with other promotional codes or site-wide discounts.

Subscriptions: Vouchers and discounts can be applied to both one-time purchases and recurring subscription orders.

5. Points Expiration & Account Deletion

Expiration: Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last account activity. "Activity" is defined as earning or redeeming points. If an account remains completely inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, all accrued points will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance.

Account Deletion: If you request the deletion of your customer account and personal data, your Kendamil Rewards account will be permanently closed, and all accrued points will be immediately forfeited.

6. Fraud, Program Modifications, and Termination

Fraud & Abuse: Kendamil reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's rewards account and revoke any accrued points if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the program. This includes, but is not limited to: creating fake accounts or utilizing alternate email addresses to exploit referral bonuses, attempting to bypass household limits, or "gaming" the review or social media reward mechanics.

Modifications: Kendamil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program, including changing the points conversion rates, reward offerings, or earning mechanics, at any time without prior notice.

Points are strictly non-transferable between accounts.

Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

1. Programme Overview

The Kendamil UK Refer-a-Friend programme allows existing customers to earn reward points by referring new customers to Kendamil.

The programme is available only to registered Kendamil account holders.

2. Eligibility

Referrers

• Must be a registered Kendamil account holder.

Referred Friends

• Must be a new customer

• Must not have previously placed an order with Kendamil

3. Reward Allocation

When a referred friend makes their first qualifying purchase, both the referrer and the friend will receive reward points.

Points are credited once the qualifying order has been:

• Successfully completed

• Fully processed

4. Redeeming Rewards

Reward points can be redeemed against eligible products on the Kendamil website.

Points:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Cannot be transferred between accounts

• A minimum spend of £12 is required to redeem rewards.

5. Fair Use & Restrictions

To maintain fairness, the following activities are not permitted:

• Referring yourself using multiple email addresses or accounts

• Referring individuals living at the same residential address

• Creating fake accounts

• Engaging in fraudulent transactions

• Sharing referral links on unauthorised coupon or discount websites

6. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement

If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, Kendamil reserves the right to:

• Remove or cancel referral rewards

• Suspend involved accounts

• Cancel associated orders where necessary

7. Programme Limits

Kendamil may limit the number of referrals or rewards per customer.

Rewards will only be issued for genuine purchases made through the official referral process.

8. Changes to the Programme

Kendamil may modify or withdraw the Refer-a-Friend programme at any time without prior notice.

These terms may be updated at any time.

Continued participation indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
