Healthy Start voucher scheme partners with Kendamil

Healthy Start voucher scheme partners with Kendamil

In moments like these, it is more important than ever that we support one another as a community and as a country, making the lives of those who give so much that little bit easier. As Britain’s only infant formula, we are delighted to announce our partnership with NHS Healthy Start scheme, bringing the most natural infant formula in the world to those UK parents that need it most.

We regret to announce that the Department of Health and Social Care has made the decision to stop beneficiaries using their Healthy Start vouchers to purchase Kendamil formula online, meaning Kendamil will sadly be no longer available online.

This is a decision we were saddened to hear and didn’t take lightly. Providing our formula to families under the scheme during such a difficult time has been an honour and our pleasure, one that we’d love to continue, but unfortunately this isn’t possible given the latest decision. We will be ready and willing to re-commence this project and will remain in active discussions with the Department of Health and Social Care to do so.

Any outstanding orders will be fulfilled and we hope to be back onboard with the Scheme in the future. Stay tuned and remember you can still buy Kendamil in-store using Healthy Start vouchers.

In moments like these, it is more important than ever that we support one another as a community and as a country, making the lives of those who give so much that little bit easier. As Britain’s only baby milk, we are delighted to announce our partnership with NHS Healthy Start scheme, bringing our closer-to-nature baby milk to those UK parents that need it most. We realise extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures. That is why Kendamil will be the first baby milk available online using Healthy Start vouchers. It is our way to be there for those who need it, whenever and wherever they are.

What is the Healthy Start Voucher Scheme?

Vouchers are available for pregnant women and families with children under the age of four, who are on benefits or tax credits. All pregnant women aged under 18 also qualify for the scheme. Vouchers can be exchanged for fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables, cow’s milk, baby milk and free Healthy Start vitamins. You can check if you qualify for the vouchers on the Healthy Start website here.

How Does It Work?

You can now use Healthy Start vouchers to purchase Kendamil Stage 2 Follow-On Formula. You will need 3 vouchers to purchase one 900g can of formula. Alternatively, you can put one or two vouchers towards the cost of the formula and pay for the rest via our website – payment information will be sent to you by the Kendamil team once your form has been submitted.

To celebrate the launch, we will be offering free delivery on all first Healthy Start orders made through Kendamil.com, with any purchases thereafter receiving a special delivery rate of £2.99. Simply click here to find out more and to start ordering with your vouchers online.
