🥬🌽 Spinach and Sweetcorn Muffins 🥬🌽

Our Spinach and Sweetcorn muffins are sure to be a hit for weaning little ones (and parents, too - we won’t judge if you grab one on the go for a nutritious snack!).

Our Spinach and Sweetcorn muffins are sure to be a hit for weaning little ones (and parents, too - we won’t judge if you grab one on the go for a nutritious snack!).

Ingredients:

  • 6 x free-range eggs
  • 2 x handfuls of chopped spinach
  • 2 x handfuls of cheese
  • 2oz of Kendamil Toddler milk
  • 2 x tablespoons of self-raising flour

Method:

  1. Chuck all the ingredients into a bowl and give it a mixi
  2. Pour and divide into 12 portions in a muffin tray.
  3. Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes.
