How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are designed to simplify your Kendamil journey. Simply tell us your child’s details and we’ll deliver for free to your door each month.

When will I be charged and when will my delivery arrive?

Once you sign up for a subscription, an order will be created for you immediately, which will be processed by our team according to our standard delivery policy

One month later another order will be automatically created for you on that date, at which point our team will receive it and pack it. You can therefore expect to receive your order within 4 working days of being charged. If however you wish to bring forward your delivery date or increase the number of cans in your order, you can always edit that within your Customer Portal (which you access by clicking Account > Manage Subscriptions).

What comes in my monthly box?

Whatever you choose! Choose your milk (Organic, Classic or Goat) and how many cans you’d like delivered per month, we’ll take care of the rest.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Free delivery for subscription customers – always!

How do I know when to change Stage?

Leave that with us. Using your child's date of birth we will automatically calculate the optimal stage for your delivery. If however you would like to stay on Stage 1 for the first 12 months, you can select the option to do so. 

Can I change my subscription details?

Of course. You can change, pause or cancel any details of your subscription by logging in online and selecting 'Manage Subscriptions'.
